Deep snow

Learn deep snow skiing around the Zugspitze

Our guide will teach you the theoretical and practical basics for the right and safe "powder feeling" and take you to the powder snow.

Depending on the current snow and avalanche situation, we choose a suitable area where we then learn the technique for deep snow skiing.

Are you a confident alpine skier or snowboarder with many years of skiing and snowboarding experience? And now you would like to try out deep snow skiing? Then we can help you to develop your skills with a basic course or an advanced deep snow course. The course contents are avalanche risk assessment, correct deep snow technique, as well as the use of avalanche transceivers, avalanche shovels and probes.

We will first carry out all exercises on a piste and then approach the deep snow on selected slopes - with absolutely no avalanche danger - with flat and medium-steep descents.

We will ski different snow conditions and explore different types of terrain.
