General Terms and Conditions / Ski and Snowboard School AlpenSport Total
The course tickets are non-transferable and only valid at the time indicated on the course ticket
Lessons not used by the course participant are forfeited
Participation in all AlpenSport Total programs, courses and other offers is always at your own risk
Alpensport Total accepts no liability for accidents during the course.
Health, accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.
No refunds are granted in the event of accident or illness (only with a doctor's certificate)
In the event of force majeure - i.e. events beyond the control of the ski school - no refund will be granted (e.g. ski lifts and cable cars out of service, early departure, etc.).
If there are fewer than 2 course participants in small private groups, we reserve the right to reduce the time slot or increase the prices according to the offer in our price list
Our programs and courses take place in all weathers
Payment for the various programs is made in cash (either the day before or on the day of the course before the start of the course)
Lift tickets and equipment that are not included in the course services according to the course description must be paid for additionally by the customer
All prices in Euro and incl. VAT.

General Terms and Conditions / Ski rental and rental items
The renter bears full responsibility for the respective rental object.
If a firm booking is canceled, the lessor is entitled to retain 50 % of the rental amount.
If the rental object is stolen, the renter must report this to the police and provide written proof of the theft.
In the event of theft or loss of the rental object due to total loss, the renter will be charged the market value of the rental object.
In the event of damage, the tenant will be charged for the repair.
The renter can exchange the rental item for an item of equal value during the contract period. It is also possible to exchange it for an item from a higher category for an additional charge.
The rental items must be paid for each day they are borrowed until they are returned. The return deadline is by 18:00 or the following day by 9:00.
If the rental items are not returned properly - for whatever reason - the ski rental company will automatically file a theft complaint against the renter after 10 days.
A regular rental contract is required for the assembly, repair and adjustment of the ski bindings. By signing it, you agree to the professional adjustment of the bindings and accept the regulations and rental conditions.
The conclusion of a rental contract is only possible with an identity card or a deposit.
All prices in Euro and incl. VAT.
